Returning

Good morning from a dull and grey Cumbria!

If we haven't met before, I'm Jenny. That's me over on the right, looking a little pouty in the garden this year, back when the sun was shining.

Without posting up my entire life history, here's a little about me.  I'm a Mum to two, Jack is the eldest at almost 3 and Jessica has just turned 8 months old.  I'm currently on maternity leave from my day job as an accountant at a defence contractor but I'll be going back to work in the new year (more on that another day).  I've been married to James for 5 years and we've been living in our new (to us) house for almost 12 months now. 

If you feel you've seen me before - I had a blog for some years which I couldn't really continue with due to personal commitments and I stopped writing in 2012.  I have missed it, but the break was needed as we were struggling with a fairly traumatic house move and a lot of family upheaval.  However, that's all behind us now and we are moving forward with our life as a family of four.

I'll mostly be posting about my latest sewing and knitting projects, family life and parenting.  I'd love to hear from you. Until next time, it's great to be back!
